Rock, Paper, Scissors

Reduce waste while exploring your creativity. Turn an ordinary rock into an extraordinary paperweight!

Materials

Newspapers
1 Rock about the size of your fist or bigger
Mod Podge, gloss finish (available at craft stores)
Small container for Mod Podge
Scissors
Several sheets of old scrap paper, or junk mail, cut into one inch pieces
Paint brush
Rags

1. Place your newspapers on your work surface to protect it.
2. Place your rock in the middle of the paper.
3. Using paint brush cover one side of the rock with Mod Podge.
4. Cover that side of the rock with several scrap paper pieces.
5. Continue to paint and cover the entire rock.
Let dry overnight
6. Now you are ready to use your paper covered rock to cover paper on a desk or anything else you would like to secure with your new paperweight!
